The Journey Behind Grace Ayurveda
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the inner workings of the human body — how it heals, how it breaks down, and how emotions quietly shape every function within. That curiosity led me to pursue a career in medicine and eventually train in gastroenterology.
The work was rewarding on the surface — it offered recognition, stability, and the satisfaction of helping patients find relief. Yet, somewhere deep within, I felt a quiet ache. Despite all the scientific progress and technology at my fingertips, something was missing. The mind and spirit — the unseen dimensions of healing — were often left out of the conversation.
I began to notice a pattern: many of my patients weren’t just physically unwell. They were disconnected — from nature, from rest, from inner peace. And I realised I was too.
That awareness began a personal search — a journey that led me home to Ayurveda. What started as curiosity soon became devotion. Ayurveda didn’t just explain the body; it explained life — its rhythms, its intelligence, its grace.
The Guidance of a Teacher
Along this journey, I was deeply blessed to come under the guidance of my spiritual teacher, Swami Mukundananda— a yogi, scholar, and follower of Ayurveda whose life embodies both discipline and divine compassion.
Swamiji became the bridge between my intellectual understanding and my inner awakening. He taught me that knowledge must touch the heart to become wisdom. During his retreats, I would often bring questions or ancient Ayurvedic texts — sometimes obscure Sanskrit passages that fascinated me — and despite his demanding schedule, he would take the time to translate and explain them with such clarity and kindness.
Those moments changed me. His patience, his depth, and his mercy revealed what true teaching is — not the transfer of information, but the transmission of grace.
Through his example, I began to see Ayurveda not merely as a medical system but as a spiritual path of service and remembrance.
The Birth of Grace Ayurveda
I founded Grace Ayurveda to bring that vision to life — a space where science and spirituality meet in service of holistic healing. Here, the microscope and the mantra coexist. The data and the doshas speak to each other.
In my practice, I bring together the clinical precision of my medical training and the intuitive wisdom of Ayurveda — guided by the compassion and clarity that my teacher so beautifully exemplifies.
Every healing plan is personal, because every soul’s journey is unique. Your body carries both biological and spiritual stories waiting to be heard — and I simply help translate their language.
My Philosophy
True healing cannot be forced. It unfolds when we align with nature’s rhythm and our own inner awareness. Ayurveda teaches that each person is a unique constellation of elements — and balance is achieved not through control, but through conscious harmony.
My approach integrates:
The diagnostic clarity of medical science
The intuitive wisdom of Ayurveda
The spiritual understanding that healing is a sacred act of remembering wholeness
At Grace Ayurveda, I hold space for that remembering — through gentle guidance, practical tools, and the grace that comes from listening deeply to your body and your inner self.
A Journey of Grace
This path has been humbling. It has taught me that while knowledge heals the mind, grace heals the being.
Every consultation is a dialogue between science and spirituality — between what can be measured and what can only be felt. And in that sacred space, true transformation begins.
Welcome to Grace Ayurveda.
May your journey toward balance be guided by wisdom, nourished by compassion, and blessed with grace.

What Is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a time-tested system of natural healing that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. The word Ayurvedameans “the knowledge of life,” and it focuses on supporting health by creating balance between the body, mind, and spirit.
Rather than suppressing symptoms, Ayurveda looks at why an imbalance is happening and gently guides the body back toward its natural state of wellness.
Your Unique Mind-Body Constitution
Ayurveda teaches that each person is born with a unique constitution made up of three energies, called doshas:
Vata – movement, nerves, circulation
Pitta – digestion, metabolism, transformation
Kapha – structure, immunity, stability
Your dosha balance influences digestion, energy levels, hormones, sleep, emotions, and long-term health. Understanding this helps create a personalized healing plan that works with your body, not against it.
